A quinceañera needs room — for the court, for both sides of the family, and for the moment she walks in. The ballroom here seats 200 to 900 guests around a dance floor wide enough for the vals and for everything that follows it, under crystal chandeliers you can light to whatever color she has chosen. Outside vendors are always welcome, so the caterer, the decorator and the banda stay yours to choose, and the garden room is a few steps away when the photographs start.

- How many guests does the ballroom hold?
- The ballroom seats 200 to 900 guests, which covers a court of honor, the family and everyone you would want on the dance floor. If your celebration is smaller, the Garden Room holds 50 to 250, and the patio and Legends Bistro take up to 500 and 350.
- Can we bring our own caterer, DJ or banda?
- Yes. Outside vendors are always welcome at Legends Event Center, so the food, the music and the decorator are yours to choose. Many families bring the caterer they have used for years, and a live banda or mariachi is no obstacle.
- When can we come and see it?
- Tours run weekdays 12–7pm · weekends 12–5pm, and special appointments are available on request. Saturdays book furthest ahead, so if you already have a date in mind, that is the first thing worth asking about.
- Where is the venue, and is there parking?
- Legends Event Center is at 4240 W Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85019, on West Camelback Road in Phoenix, with parking for more than 150 vehicles — so nobody circles the block in formalwear.
